We offer our patients state-of-the-art technology every step of the way. As two dental instructors who practice full time, Dr. G stay current on new innovations in dentistry year in and year out. Our rigorous selection process for the technologies we invest in is based on proven and time-tested scientific and industry research. No experimental treatments, marketing gimmicks or unproven trends here! Through modern training and the latest advances, we’re able to provide the highest quality treatments to help our patients achieve exceptional oral health.
Digital Dental X-rays
Digital dental x-rays release 80-90 percent less radiation than traditional x-rays and less radiation is always a good thing. They also allow for more precise detection and analysis using imaging manipulation software so we can catch issues early and prevent the need for more invasive procedures down the road.
DigiDoc Intraoral HD Camera
The DigiDoc Intraoral HD camera is the size of a finger and provides a live video feed with enhanced imaging and detection so that patients can see what the dentist can see. It’s unrivaled as both an educational and diagnostic tool.
DEXIS CariVu Camera
DEXIS CariVu Camera is a caries detection device that uses transillumination technology (in non-dentist speak, this means light is transmitted through the tooth revealing its structure). This helps us identify cavities and tooth fractures without exposing you to additional radiation. We combine it with x-rays to make an accurate diagnosis so treatment can be done quickly and conservatively.
iTero Element Digital Scanner
The iTero Element Scanner is used to digitally capture a detailed, 3D model of your teeth and gums allowing for superior diagnostics. Since it’s digital, you won’t have to gag on the old, putty-based impression materials and the images are far more precise. The scanner can be used with all orthodontic services and even features the Invisalign Outcome Simulator, which shows you what your new smile will look like once your treatment is complete.

VELScope Vx Oral Cancer Screening Device
VELScope Vx is an imaging device that uses distinct blue-spectrum light to uncover a wide variety of oral abnormalities before they’re apparent to the unassisted eye. Trauma or disease, such as cancer, chemical irritation, side effects from medication or infection, stand out from healthy tissue allowing for earlier detection and better outcomes.
Lasers are an amazingly handy tool in dentistry and one of their most notable uses is as a non-surgical approach to reducing the progression of periodontal disease. Following a deep cleaning, lasers have been shown to effectively eliminate residual bacterial colonies in the gum pockets, as well as accelerate and stabilize the growth of new gum tissue attachment to the treated areas. This encourages infection-free healing and the gums are maintained in a healthier state than they would be using normal oral hygiene homecare.
High Quality Dental Labs
We take great pride in the durability, comfort, function, and esthetics of our restorations. While we get the appeal of the “crown in an hour” services that many dental offices market, we believe that to achieve our standards of excellence, it’s best to partner with specialized dental labs whose experienced technicians are highly-trained and solely focused on creating the highest quality crowns, onlays and veneers. That’s why we’ve joined forces with some of the best master ceramists in the world, who list Hollywood celebrities among their clients, to create truly life-like veneers and restorations. The end result marries strength and esthetics and far surpasses anything that can be achieved with in-office milling. Few dental offices have the resources to partner with dental labs of this caliber, so we’re thrilled to be able to offer their services to all of our patients.
